Elizabeth’s executive coaching focuses on what systemically drives performance, on helping her clients achieve measurable results and sustainable change — not only for themselves, but also for their team and entire organization. Elizabeth’s model for approaching development comes from the frame of emotional intelligence. Effective leadership, both personally and professionally, is dependent on self-awareness, self-management, and resiliency in order to manifest mutually satisfying relationships.
Elizabeth is also a nurturing coach, helping her clients to tune in to their emotional intelligence and find their inner blockers to peak performance. With a passion for the science behind coaching, Elizabeth initially trained with the Neuro Leadership Institute in Brain-Based Coaching, before augmenting that with an accreditation from AoEC where she added to her influences with Gestalt-style coaching.
