Lud Márquez as a consultant has concentrated her activity on training and developing executive leadership skills in different industries. In recent years, she has specialised in Vertical Leadership Development as an area of study, helping executives to cope in increasingly uncertain and complex contexts. To fulfill this purpose, she has developed skills as a consultant and coach for individuals and teams. In her work as a Consultant, Facilitator and Coach, her clients find her empathic, warm, funny and invested in their development and growth.
As a coach she has carried out individual and team coaching processes in different organisations and different management levels. Lud has a 14-year academic career working in internationally renowned Universities (Institutes for Higher Administration Studies-IESA- Venezuela and Adolfo Ibáñez University-Chile) in the development of executive leadership skills.
She has a PhD in Business and Industrial Studies. Business School, Warwick University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Institute of Higher Administration Studies (IESA). She also has certification in several assessments such as The Leadership Circle Profile, Denison Culture Assessment, MBTI. Step I and Step II, Team Diagnostic Assessment and Center for Creative Leadership Assessments. She has been certified as Immunity to Change Coach by Minds at Work. ICF accredited School and as a Team Coach by European School of Coaching
