Tatjana draws on more than 20 years’ global living and working experience in the areas of Leadership, Human Resources and Global Mobility, gained by leading and engaging with complex global, multicultural, and virtual teams which has given her a deep understanding of the demands of leadership.
Her sector experience includes manufacturing, retail, financial services, banking, technology, government, and consulting. This unique experience gives Tatjana a valuable talent for working effectively across cultures and navigating all levels of an organisation.
Tatjana holds a Master of Ethics and Values in Organisations from Aarhus University. She has an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mentoring from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. Tatjana is currently completing her Master of Psychotherapy. In addition, Tatjana is certified in several facilitation and assessment techniques, and she continues to seek learning and inspiration wherever she goes.
