Khushali brings over two decades of experience supporting senior leaders – up to and including Equity Partner and C-suite level,  through leadership, talent, and organisational challenges in complex, technology-led environments. She specialises in accelerating leadership impact during periods of growth, transformation, and change, combining executive coaching with psychometric assessment to build sustainable leadership capability.

She has deep expertise across the Professional and Financial Services sector and has worked with global organisations including Deloitte, KPMG, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Arthur Andersen. As both a Coach and Resourcing Business Partner for Consulting at Deloitte, she partnered closely with senior executives to address leadership and people challenges in technology-led transformation initiatives, both internally and in client-facing environments.

Khushali has advised leaders across the Technology, Pharmaceuticals and Retail sectors, and through her work with the Centre for Creative Leadership, has supported organisations linked to the Saudi Vision 2030 agenda, helping leaders navigate large-scale transformation and capability-building programmes. Her international experience, combined with extensive coaching and assessment expertise, enables her to help leaders unlock potential, strengthen organisational capability and drive lasting impact.
