Everything DiSC® is a personal development experience measuring preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. This powerful model comprises four styles: D, i, S, and C, and forms the foundation of the Everything DiSC Application Suite. Participants gain personalised insights that strengthen their understanding of self and those they work with. They also receive access to a personalized learning platform called Catalyst™ which enables users to go deeper in their DiSC style and ensure what is learned is readily applied.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is a personality inventory built on C. G. Jung’s psychological types. Its aim is to make the insights of type theory accessible to individuals and groups by making it understandable and useful in people’s lives. Participants will discover which of sixteen personality types best describes them based on their individual responses.
SDI 2.0 looks at our core motives and strengths and how these serve us at work. Our strengths, if overdone, become our weaknesses, so understanding these can be hugely impactful as can understanding how our motives change in conflict. Participants not only receive a personalised report with their results, they also get access to an online portal full of resources to help them explore the model and their personality in more detail.
