Wendy has more than 25 years’ experience working in senior business and HR Roles. As a coach and consultant she works with senior leaders and their teams, believing her role is to accompany them as one who is trained to listen beyond and between words to seek what has not yet been visible. She is known for her engaging presence, intuition, and courage to challenge others in service of their development.

Wendy has obtained a BA in Business & Human Resources and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. She is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, CSA Accredited Coach Supervision, Advantycs Certified Coach, Fellow CIPD, a member of The British Psychological Society and an Advanced Practitioner in Systemic Coaching and Somatic Coaching.
