Anna has 20 years of experience in senior HR roles in multinational companies and across various industries, including FMCG, IT, Manufacturing and Building Materials Distribution. She has worked in Russia, the UK and across Europe as Head of HR, Talent and Learning & Development. 

Anna is an experienced Career Coach – she helps individuals to come to a decision about their future and navigate transitions, and she helps organizations to enhance their career strategies -from talent management and succession planning, to introducing productive career conversations at each level and career stage.

Coaching Leaders in their current role for personal development and success, Anna also supports them in creating better teams and Making their Organisation Human. Having worked internationally, Anna is passionate about different cultures: she helps people understand how different ways of seeing the world can influence interactions in professional environment and impact people’s careers.

Anna is an accredited coach (ACC) with ICF (International Coaching Federation), as well as having ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and a license in Career Counselling. She is also a Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of People Development).
