Karin is an executive and team coach, workshop designer, talent developer and organisational consultant. Karin deploys an eclectic mix of methods for coaching and development which includes systemic, solution focused cognitive-behavioural and strengths-based approaches to accelerate skill and competency development of individuals and teams.
Karin’s coaching and consulting is based on real world leadership and in-depth global management consulting experience, combined with education from Europe, North America, East and South-East Asia. Before embarking on leadership development as coach and mentor, Karin worked internationally for well over 20 years for United Nations Organisation, a Japanese high-tech company, and over 18 years global leading management consulting in roles with progressive responsibility and scope. Her clients appreciate her relentless orientation on solutions, her optimism and empathy, her patience as well as her broad experience.
A German national, trained and educated in the US, Karin is fluent in German and English. She is trained in positive psychology at work from SIY (Search-Inside-Yourself), qualified in systemic and solu1on-focused coaching, certifies in Marshal Goldsmith Individual and Team Coaching, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Potential Assessments, Belbin Team
Roles and a Hogan Practitioner. Karin is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF.
