Kate Neville has more than 12 years of experience helping high-performing professionals strengthen their leadership skills, expand their capacity, and broaden their influence as they move into progressively senior management roles and executive positions. She regularly facilitates candid conversations and programs, and her clients include prominent law firms, global financial institutions, accounting and consulting firms, industry associations, and major non-profit organisations.
She has substantial expertise working with leaders to move effectively from thought to constructive action, incorporate new approaches to adapt to changing conditions, and develop strong relationships across differences to produce results. Focusing on inclusive leadership, she also serves as a Mentor Coach with the Coach Diversity Institute (CDI).
A cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and Princeton University, Kate began her career at a prominent global law firm and in government and shined to work in management consulting for over a decade before becoming a leadership coach and facilitator. She is a PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional (CMP),a certified Advantycs Coach, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and New Ventures West, and trained as a facilitator at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
