Amy’s educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Labour-Management Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Adult Education and Training, along with a Certificate in General Counselling. 

As the former Chair and Board Member of the International Association of Facilitators, Hong Kong Chapter (IAF-HK), Amy has actively promoted the art and practice of professional process facilitation.
