Amy’s educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Labour-Management Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Adult Education and Training, along with a Certificate in General Counselling. 

As the former Chair and Board Member of the International Association of Facilitators, Hong Kong Chapter (IAF-HK), Amy has actively promoted the art and practice of professional process facilitation. She has played a pivotal role in fostering meaningful dialogue within Hong Kong communities and was honored with “The 2019 Platinum Facilitation Impact Award” from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).  Amy is proficient in utilizing methodologies such as DISC, Strengths Profile, and Hogan Leadership Assessment.
