Clément is a Learning & Development practitioner with a large experience and skillset in managing clients’ projects. Having started his career as a business manager in IT and R&D, Clément excels at understanding his client’s needs and pain points, developing bespoke and value added solutions, and executing multiple projects at once to meet clients’ requirements.
Flexible and dynamic, Clément knows how to adapt to any organisational culture and industry, evolving in a fast-paced environment, he aligns his capabilities to delivering impact and results for his clients. Clément is a specialist in L&D and accompany organisations in unlocking their talents, leaders and managers’ potentials. To Clément’s view, trust and transparency are the key ingredients to build prosperous relationships with clients, which he successfully mixes them together to ensure constant and authentic communicate with colleagues and clients with whom he collaborates. Clément lived and worked in Australia, France, Ireland, UK and Switzerland, Clément is an expert in international relations and is sensitive to international business cultures and norms.
Clément holds a MSc in Project Management from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in International Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. More recently, Clement passed his CIPD Diploma Level 5 in Learning & Development and has been awarded the Learning & Development practitioner certificate by TAP Learning. He is also Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (MCIPD), the Association for Project Management (APM), and the International Project Management Institute (IPMA).
