Ellie joined Management Dynamics as a Customer Experience Associate in August 2025.
Recently graduating with an MPhys (Hons) in Physics from Durham University, she brings strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to improve learning and decision making. Her background spans projects centred on communication and accessibility in education, as well as customer-facing roles.
Ellie enjoys tackling complex problems, finding practical solutions, and building meaningful connections with those around her. An avid volleyball player, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her work as she does on the court.
