Certified Coach and Organizational Psychologist specialized in vertical leadership development, cultural transformation, and organizational change. For nearly 15 years, she has been supporting leaders from a wide variety of industries (mining, financial services, retail, energy) evolve into bigger selves, more flexible and capable of dealing with the increased complexity, volatility, and uncertainty of today’s business environment.

From the intersection of praxis, consulting, and academia, she permanently seeks to innovate in matters related to vertical leadership development, artificial intelligence and leadership, future capabilities, cultural evolution, and digital mindset. With 12+ years in OD executive positions in Latin America and Europe, Flavia designs comprehensive organisational development interventions, with high return on investment.

Flavia participates locally and internationally as Sr. Advisor and Developmental Coach in digital transformation projects in the mining and energy sector. She is also an Associate Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez’s Business School, Engineering Faculty and Corporate Development Centre, and a Visiting Professor at Universidad del Desarrollo’s Engineering Faculty in Santiago, Chile.

Flavia has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master’s degree in People Management and an MBA Foundations Degree from The Hague University (The Netherlands). She is also a certified Developmental Coach (Immunity to Change™, Minds at Work, USA), a certified Team Coach (European School of Coaching) and has certifications in Leadership Maturity and Mental Complexity Assessments (The Leadership Circle, Interview Subject- SOI Object) and in the use of a number of other assessment instruments and tools (MBTI, Denison, Benchmarks, Hogan). She is currently applying to become a Certified Culture Transformation Practitioner (Adaptive Cultures, Australia). Flavia is fluent in English and Spanish.
