India is a Customer Experience Consultant at Management Dynamics, having joined in August 2022. After travelling over the summer, she is now excited to get involved with projects and better understand client needs.

India has a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Birmingham. She is experienced in operations, customer experience and team management.
