Jemma specialises in both soft skills/behavioural and leadership-based learning for all levels and group sizes.

Jemma has several qualifications and accreditations, including being a practitioner in MBTI, SDI 2.0 and DiSC. Jemma holds certifications in Neuroscience and Brain Health, studied and is a member of the CIPD and is also finishing her ACC in performance coaching.
