Jemma Komodromou is a senior Learning & Development professional, dedicated to the growth and development of others. Her innovative design and delivery of both virtual and face to face personal development and leadership programmes enables people to discover their hidden talents and explore new concepts through expert facilitation and performance coaching.

Although Jemma can turn her hand at most learning disciplines, she specialises in both soft skills/behavioural and leadership-based learning for all levels and group sizes. She is passionate that the learning she facilitates utilises real experiential learning as opposed to roleplay. Her aim is to help each learner to build and develop the confidence to help create a happy life – both at work and at home – in a supportive and engaging way.

Jemma has several qualifications and accreditations, including being a practioner in MBTI, SDI 2.0 and DiSC. Jemma holds certifications in Neuroscience and Brain Health, studied and is a member of the CIPD and is also finishing her ACC in performance coaching.
