Drawing on almost 20 years’ experience with large multi-national organisations, Lottie has held director roles responsible for quality and standards, business development, sales and operations prior to becoming an independent coach and consultant in 2001. Lottie has since supported a diverse range of businesses, from SMEs to large multinational organisations across global markets and a wide range of industry sectors.

As an executive coach, facilitator and trainer, Lottie’s passion lies in making a real difference and delivering excellent service to her clients. Her warmth, energy, and empathy are her trademarks, which she uses to get to know her clients at the deepest level. This lets her deliver truly transformational, tailor-made leadership and team development, coaching, and facilitation solutions. A Swedish national based in the UK, Lottie works cross-culturally with teams worldwide. She’s fluent in Swedish, English, and German, in terms of both language and culture.

Lottie is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, and accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also accredited for a wide variety of personality profiling and 360 tools including DiSC, Hogan and Korn Ferry 360 and Korn Ferry Assesment of Leadership Potential. In addition, she’s a qualified 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team facilitator and Certified in The Dynamics for High Performing Teams framework and Diagnostics. Lottie is also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
