Nermeen is a firm believer that true leadership happens, when it starts and unfolds from the heart. She’s been a senior consultant with Management Dynamics since September 2018.

Nermeen brings two decades of a wealth of experience in working with Management Teams & Leaders in a variety of ways –helping leaders identify leadership potential within organisations, developing & coaching leaders and developing Team Dynamics within their teams, helping leaders drive Employee Engagement, and navigating change.

In her current Leadership & Team Development Consultant role with Management Dynamics, she’s been exposed to several different industries across the globe. Her clients include Mars Inc, PepsiCo, Lekela, NATO, and Yokogawa. She has helped leaders craft their leadership journey all over the world, including the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa & India. She is always in search for ways to integrate valuable insights as well as new trends (like blended & virtual learning).

Nermeen is a certified practitioner on MBTI, Kornferry Voices 360,  Kornferry Assessment for LS Potential (KFALP), Situational Leadership SLII, Prosci Change Management & Everything DiSC(Wiley). She is also a certified Holisitic and MBIT(Multiple Brain Integration Technique) coach. On a personal level, she is also a certified spinning & STOTT Pilates Instructor.
