Narudee is recognized as one of the highly experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators at the global level while champion and inspire the high-quality LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® practice in Asia & Europe communities. She had been certified as a facilitator for complex transformation & collaboration by Adam Kahane, the author of “Transformative Scenario Planning.”  And she has been trained as an executive coach by Berkley Executive Coaching Institute.

Narudee has experience working for organizations of various sizes for industries including banking, automobile, real estate, FMCG, retail, telecom, hospitality & tourism. She passionately supports inclusion & diversity, education and women empowerment in Asia.

She is currently the adjunct lecturer at Chulalongkorn University for both post-graduate and undergraduate level.  She also serves as Board Committee of Khon Thai Foundation, Northwestern Alumni Association (Thailand), and EGN Thailand.  Narudee has B.A. in Communication Arts from Chulalongkorn University (first-class honors) in Thailand and MS.c. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University, USA.
