Stephanie is an experienced dialogue facilitator, team coach and trainer in the field of Personal, Leadership and Team development in several industries. Stephanie knows how to create a safe and permissive environment in which awareness can be raised and new experiences can be gathered.

In her work Stephanie taps from her extensive experience with Deep Democracy, Process Work, Systemic Work and Transactional Analysis. Together with her facilitating partner Linda Pieters, they guide groups and their leaders towards unlocking their potential.

In the past ten years Stephanie has facilitated several organisations, including UMC Utrecht, Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis, Canisius Wilhemina Ziekenhuis, Ahold Holding, De Bijenkorf, EyeWish, Axxicom Airport Caddy, Van Lanschot Bankiers, ING Wealth Management, Mazda, McGregor and G4S.
