Steve has held senior roles in Leadership & Executive Development and Learning & Organisational Effectiveness and is a widely respected leader who has a proven track record in creating successful teams within diverse industries including Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Construction, Oil & Gas and Technology. During the last 27 years he has worked with numerous multinationals, both in senior leadership roles, and as an external consultant. Having worked at various levels within an organisation, Steve is able to understand the dynamics and politics at play.
