Tatjana draws on more than 20 years of life and work experience in leadership, strategic HR, and expatriate consulting in global, multicultural, and virtual teams at all leadership levels which has given her a deep understanding of the demands of leadership.

Her leadership DNA includes successfully leading global teams through projects such as M&A, strategy process, business turnaround, market expansion & rebranding and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Tatjana’s sector experience includes manufacturing, retail, financial services, banking, technology, government, and consulting.

Tatjana holds a Master of Ethics and Values in Organisations from Aarhus University as well as a Master of Psychotherapy from ID Academy. She has an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mentoring from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. In addition, Tatjana is certified in several facilitation and assessment techniques. Tatjana continues to seek inspiration, knowledge, and practical experiences to grow as a person and be of service to her clients.
