Tim is a Coach, Facilitator, and Psychologist drawing on a career of over 30 years of HR Leadership and organisational development practice. Tim combines business experience from the C-suite of large organisations and board work with a diverse set of coaching, psychology and adult learning tools and techniques in a tailored approach to meet individual and team development needs.

Tim’s specific focus is increasing leader’s abilities to broaden their thinking and removing barriers to performance. He is President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Australia Pacific, and has worked with leaders in: Education, Finance, Technology, Government Agencies, Retail, Health, Not-For–Profit, Performing Arts, Construction, Manufacturing, Farming, and Indigenous organisations.
