Tim is a Coach, Facilitator, and Psychologist. He draws on a career of over 30 years of Human Resources Leadership and organisational development practice. Tim combines business experience from the C-suite of large organisations and board work with a diverse set of coaching, psychology and adult learning tools and techniques in a tailored approach to meet individual and team development needs.
Tim’s specific focus is increasing leader’s ability to broaden their thinking and removing barriers to performance. Tim has worked with CEOs and leaders in: Higher Education, Early Childhood, Banking and Finance, Information Technology, State, Federal and Local Government and Government Agencies, Retail, Biotech, Pharma and Health, Not-For–Profit, Performing Arts, Professional Services, Building and Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Farming, and Indigenous organisations.
Tim is a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA). Tim holds a Degree in Science – Psychology (Hons) (Sydney), a Master of Commerce (UNSW), a Masters in Coaching Psychology (Sydney) and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision (Oxford-Brookes). Tim is a credentialed ICF PCC coach, and he is certified in range of personality, 360 degree, strengths, career, and psychometric tools.
