Valerie is a coach, consultant, and trainer specializing in management, leadership, change management and development.

Valerie has worked for 17 years in human resources in global companies such as Sanofi, Aventis and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, holding various positions in the industry as human resources generalist and specialist of people development working France and abroad for Africa, Middle-East and Latin America regions.

As a coach, Valérie specialises in building self-confidence, consolidating legitimacy and managerial credibility. She accompanies managers, directors and executes on their leadership and change management challenges and also works on first 100 days and career transitions. Valérie has particular interest in assertiveness, conflict management, team spirit and transversal cooperation.

Valérie holds a master’s degree in human resources from Dauphine University in Paris as well as the HEC certification as an Executive Coach from HEC Business School. She is also a certified Practitioner of NLP, MBTI and DISC Success Insights. She is a trainer for HEC Executive Coaching program in NLP and coaching and a jury member for certification.
