Wendy Bedborough

Wendy has more than 25 years’ experience working in senior business and HR Roles.  As a coach and consultant she works with senior leaders and their teams, believing her role is to accompany them as one who is trained to listen beyond and between words to seek what has not yet been visible. 

Wendy has worked with a wide range of clients – leaders and their teams – spanning an array of industry sectors and geographies. 

Operating from a belief that coaching provides a space to explore, clarify and resolve different leadership, team and organisational challenges arising within an increasingly complex world.  Her approach enables and encourages improved working relationships, higher levels of performance with the potential for increased levels of engagement and boosting the ‘bottom line’.

The ‘work’ includes looking at the systems people are operating in, their group dynamics and what is unspoken and unsaid that may be impacting performance. 

She is known for her engaging presence, intuition, and courage to challenge others in service of their development.  Her clients quickly find she brings warmth, humour, and energy, to their relationship, encouraging them to seek and find the resources they need to bring about transformational and sustainable change.

When it is appropriate, and always with permission, Wendy will use psychometrics, leadership assessment tools, ‘games’ or useful models to aid insights for the leaders and teams to provide a different perspective.
