Wendy has more than 25 years’ experience working in senior business and Human Resource roles and as a consultant designing and facilitating bespoke learning solutions for individuals, teams, and leaders across a wide range of organisations.  Her experience spans a variety of sectors across UK, Europe and the Middle East. 

Her highest value is integrity and is the beam of light she shines on her work to ensure she’s creating an environment for leaders, their teams or individuals to thrive.  She has a reputation for bringing the right balance of nurture, challenge, warmth and humour to enable others to fulfil their true potential with courage and confidence. 

Wendy holds a BA(Hons) in Business & HRM, a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.  She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation, is a Certified European Coach, experienced Somatic and Systemic Coach and Facilitator.  She is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, and certified to use Hogan, Korn Ferry, Neo-PI, DiSC, MBTI Step I & II as well as being a LEGO^TM Serious Play Facilitator.  Wendy is committed to her own CPD and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Coaching Supervision.
