Modern Slavery Act 2015 – Policy Statement
Statement for the Financial Year 2025

This statement is made on behalf of Management Dynamics Global Limited (the “Company”) pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We are a professional services firm: providing Human Resources Consulting, Leadership and Team Development and Executive Coaching services to corporate clients. Our success depends upon our acting ethically in all that we do. We are committed not just to complying with the letter of all laws, regulations and rules that are relevant to our business, but to the spirit of these laws, regulations and rules and to the principles of good corporate citizenship generally. These commitments are embodied in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
We expect the same of our suppliers. We seek to develop and strengthen partnerships based on transparency, collaboration and mutual respect. Although we understand that our suppliers are independent businesses, we recognise that the actions of our business partners can affect our reputation and the level of trust that we earn from our clients. As such, it is important that we select suppliers that have the same values as us, including a commitment to the highest professional standards and ethical conduct in their business dealings.
All suppliers are subject to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for Contractors and Vendors. The nature of our business is such that our supply chain consists mainly of professional services suppliers: suppliers of stationery, ICT services, etc. We believe that our supply chain is therefore, low risk as regards slavery and/or human trafficking. We have not identified an immediate need to take any additional action with regard to such relationships beyond our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and our standard procurement diligence (which all employees are aware of).

We are, however committed to taking all appropriate steps to ensure that slavery or human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chain.
