This 15-minute activity will help you understand your key personal drivers, and will help you build the life and relationships you want at work.

To get the most out of this exercise, do this with your team and have everyone share their 5 biggest values. This is a great and time-efficient way to learn more about what motivates your team to get up in the morning!

Maybe create a word cloud of your team values to remind the team of what motivates each of you.
