Overview

Korn Ferry 360 combines Korn Ferry’s world-class competency IP, a state-of-the-art survey process and completely redesigned feedback reports for outstanding insights. It is underpinned by Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA) – the world’s most robust, comprehensive competency model – allowing you to configure the content with competencies that are specific to your organisation.

Participants will be debriefed by professionals certified in KF360 and KFLA. They will gain insight into their competencies in 4 key areas: Thought, Results, People and Self as well being able to identify career “stallers” and “stoppers”, which are harmful behaviours detrimental to performance.

Objectives

  • Clearly see your highest and lowest competencies, and identify career stallers and stoppers that may be harmful to success at work.
  • Make full use of the important data to identify the competencies that will maximise return from development efforts.
  • Gain deep insights into each competency or staller/stopper with information on skill, potential overuse, blind spots, and hidden strengths all in one place.
